Terms and Conditions - URewards Loyalty Program
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern The URewards Loyalty Program for Participating customers. Please read them carefully. All Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the program.
Each URewards customer is bound by the following conditions of use.
By participating in the URewards Loyalty Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the URewards loyalty program.Loyalty Program is not available to, and excludes all national and contract priced account customers Redeemable Loyalty Points are those points which have been credited to the customer's account upon payment of the invoices.
All trading accounts must be current and free of overdue payments at the time the prizes are claimed. Goods are not redeemable for cash.
Different product groups attract different point values. (Ask your representative for details or see below).

Prizes and their point values are subject to change without notice.
Terms and Conditions for the use of Gift cards/items that are not under the control of URewards or its related brands. They are subject to the regulations and conditions of the offeror.
Your respective URewards store may make changes at any time to the rewards provided and will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
Definitions
Loyalty Program is not available to and excludes all customers on national supply and contract pricing arrangements.
“URewards” is a loyalty program operated by Office Brands Ltd on behalf of their licensed members outlets and for the benefit of the participating outlets eligible customers.
"Customer" means the end user. This person or company who orders their product from their participating "URewards Outlet" and will be awarded the Reward Points in this Program.
"Nominated Person" means the person within a customer account that has signed documentation confirming their details.
"Website" means the rewards website, built for, and managed by your respective URewards participating store for the purpose of providing information about the URewards Program.
"Reward Points" means accumulated reward points that can be redeemed for prizes/rewards.
"Rewards" means products and services, including but not limited to home wares, brown goods, white goods, sporting equipment, airfares, accommodation, shopping vouchers and experiences. “Rewards” offered differ on a store by store basis. Please refer to your local store for redeemable offers.
Who Can Join
Your participating URewards store will qualify and enroll all customers who are eligible to participate in the rewards program. To find out your eligibility, please contact your respective store. (Government and customers with certain contract conditions, may not be eligible)
Customers may receive Bonus Reward Points for promotional purposes. Any typographic or other error in the publication or advertisement of Loyalty Program Rewards which is obvious and explicit, will deem the subject reward "not claimable" in the erroneous format; in this instance the error will first be rectified by URewards, only after which the subject reward will then be available to claim using available points. Reward Points will be awarded on the selected participating products only. These Reward Points can then be used to redeem for merchandise, gift cards, travel and accommodation and experiences.
Earning Reward Points
New Customer "Bonus Points" are issued once per ABN/per company name.
URewards Points will only be earned for products bought from a participating URewards Outlets.
Point Allocation: Points may vary by product category and may include bonus points. All points accrued will be displayed on the monthly rewards statement and may be displayed on the product on the website at time of purchase.
Points will be earned as whole points only - no fractional points. Sales amounts up to $0.49 will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar and sales over $0.50 will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar before points are applied.
URewards reserves the right to change the Reward Point Value of catalogue items at any time and without any notice.
Reward points are not transferrable and are issued to a company for their sole use unless said company has formally changed ownership/has been rebranded/has merged with another company.
The participating URewards outlet may refuse to award Points to Customers at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer is acting fraudulently or is abusing the URewards program. The participating URewards outlet may, at their absolute discretion, withhold Rewards Points at any time. If a customer is in breach of trading terms, the participating URewards outlet may withdraw or cancel the value of any rewards from the customers balance.
The participating URewards outlet has the right to limit promotional order quantities to 'standard' wholesale purchase quantities.
Reward Points will be credited to a Customers Rewards account within thirty (30) business days from the end of the proceeding earning month. If the Customer has a query over the amount of dollars earned on their Office National Rewards account, they have 30 days from date of the email statement to dispute this amount. After this date the dollars are deemed correct.
Eligibility to redeem will be suspended if no purchases are made within a six (6) month period and will only be reactivated when an eligible customer earns rewards/points in the following three months. Where there is no earning activity on the account for a period of six (6) months the rewards account may be closed.
URewards
All trading accounts must be current and free of overdue payments at the time the rewards are claimed. Once reward points have been credited to the Customers rewards balance, the customer may redeem their rewards on-line at any time by visiting our website. Fees and charges incurred through selected redemption items will be deducted from the customer rewards account at the time of redemption. In the instance that a Customer’s name, address details or email address changes, then the Customer is required to notify their Sales Representative. Should a business be sold, closed or become bankrupt then the business is required to notify their Sales Representative in writing.
In the instance that a Customer closes their business they must inform their Sales Representative in writing. No more Reward points will be awarded to that account as of the first day of the following calendar month. The participating URewards outlet reserves the right to terminate the program upon giving reasonable notice to the customer. If the Rewards Program is terminated, Customers must redeem any unredeemed Office National Rewards Points within three (3) months of the termination of the program.
Your respective participating URewards outlet at its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate the use of the URewards Loyalty Program if there is mis-use of the program or operating the program in a manner which is deemed as a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Any customer whose account is terminated will forfeit all points in their account. Three (3) months’ notice will be provided to members should your participating URewards outlet or its affiliates decide to terminate the program at any stage. Customers will be notified via email. From the date of such notice until the termination of the loyalty program, customers may redeem but not accrue points. Rewards can be claimed after the receipt of the first Rewards Statement. Fees and charges incurred through selected redemption items will be deducted from the customer rewards account at the time of redemption. At the time of redemption, the customer can nominate an address to which their Reward will be delivered. This address will be used specifically for that Reward and not saved to the customer account. The participating URewards outlet and its related parties shall not be responsible for any loss caused to a Customer as the result of the fraudulent redemption of Rewards Points by an unauthorised person where such redemption has been accepted on the basis of the applicable identification process.
The participating URewards outlet has the right and discretion to change the types of Rewards offered or the number of Rewards Points required to obtain any Rewards in the URewards Program and will not be responsible for Rewards no longer being available to customers wishing to redeem URewards Points for them. The Rewards Points detailed on the URewards website are indicative at the time of redemption and are subject to alteration at any time.
Rewards cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged to obtain a re-credit of Rewards Points. Products can only be returned to the Rewards Outlet if they are faulty, and Rewards Points will only be re-credited on receipt of the faulty Product.
Reward Values will be confirmed at the time of ordering Rewards.
Most Rewards will be delivered to the nominated address within 28 days of receipt of order.
Rewards Points for redemptions will be deducted in the chronological order in which they have been earned, i.e. the oldest Rewards Points are used first.
Rewards Points may not be redeemed in payment of an Account.
Rewards Points may not be purchased and are only accumulated in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards will differ based on individual stores. Please contact your local store for further queries.
Points Expiry
Points not used to claim a reward will generally expire within 12 months from the date of the invoice through which they were awarded. Some stores may have differing expiry dates, please inquire with your local store if in doubt. Any claimed reward’s expiry date will be subject to the relevant listed card/voucher/item expiry date.
Rewards Points Balances
You can obtain your rewards points balance at any time by selecting the Loyalty Points tab in the My Account section on the website. Points balances will be displayed online on the participating stores website when the user is logged on. Queries about the points balance should be made by email to the participating URewards Outlet email address or in writing to the participating URewards outlet with all supporting documentation. Redeemable Loyalty Points are those points which have been credited to the customer's account upon payment of the invoices. Missing Reward Dollar requests must be emailed to the URewards Outlet and be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice from the participating URewards Outlet within 30 days from the date the monthly statement has been issued. After this date the points are deemed correct.
Tax Liability
It is the responsibility of the retailer to seek independent professional taxation advice in relation to the taxation effects arising from participation in the URewards Program. In addition, the retailer is responsible for any taxation liability (including GST) or other government fees and charges relating to redemption of points for prizes.
Withholding, Cancellation and Adjustment of Rewards Points
URewards reserve the right to adjust your total Reward Points if your points have been incorrectly credited or debited for any reason.
Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URewards makes no warranties or representation, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any or all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quantity or fitness of good and services provided through the participating URewards outlet. To the extent that URewards may be liable for goods and services provided through the URewards program, its liability is limited to its obligations under the Trade Practices Act 1974. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward item shall be settled between the participatiing URewards outlet who supplied the goods or services. URewards reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use at any time. Failure to enforce a Condition of Use does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by URewards. URewards may exercise any right, power or remedy in this document at its discretion and separately or concurrently with any other right, power or remedy. URewards is not responsible for Rewards received under a Rewards Program, any death or injury, loss or consequential loss or damage from a Reward or the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward or a Reward voucher.
Disputes
Any disputes, including those relating to current Reward Points earned shall be handled by the participating URewards outlet. Any disputes, including those relating to current Reward Points earned should be directed in writing to the participating URewards outlet.
Privacy
Eligible customers, unless otherwise advised, consent to the information which they submit, being entered into a database and for URewards to use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the qualifying customer.
Delivery
Your chosen store will arrange delivery of your claimed reward, however accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Freight charges may apply to out of metro areas. Alternatively, the customer can arrange to collect their reward from chosen store. Delivery costs will be incurred by the store providing you with the reward(s).
